Continuing our inquiry, we have started to explore another aspect which contributes towards our wellbeing: food. We sorted foods into healthy and unhealthy categories.
We then looked at the food pyramid and the 5 groups of food: grains, fruits, vegetables, milk and proteins, that we should consume everyday for being healthy.
We looked at our snack and lunch and then sorted them into these 5 groups on the food pyramid.
We then made our plate of food with all the food groups. A balanced meal!
We have been busy making patterns.
We continue to build our stamina in Daily 5.
